We would like to urge you to increase your vigilance against fraudulent activities by irresponsible parties. Recently, we discovered that an individual has been directly approaching companies by falsely claiming to be be a staff of Kajima Corporation in Indonesia.

The perpetrator's modus operandi involves wearing work uniforms and presenting a fake ID Card, as shown in photo and approached different companies to purchase goods to be delivered to their designated location.

Precautionary & Preventative Steps: To avoid any material or non-material losses, please pay close attention to the following:

• Do not engage with this scammer if they contact you. Please ensure no company information is disclosed.
• Company information with numerous typos, and incomplete/incorrect data
• Ensure general information are countercheck against information provided under our official website / authorized company search engine.
• Communication made via Gmail, Yahoo, or other free email. Ensure that any communication with Kajima Indonesia is made through our official domain [@kajima.co.id or @kajima.com].

Should you require to seek clarification on any suspicious communication from party declaring the name of our company name, please do not hesitate to report at  contact@kajima.co.id or report it to the local authorities.

Kajima Corporation takes a serious view of any false statements or scams using the Company's name, logo or trademark without authority and reserves the right to seek legal recourse against any attempt to mislead the public / or tarnish the Company's name or reputation
